Not the most picturesque of settings but my cars finally coming together after 2 years of work on & off, have just registered as historic/tax exempt from 1st April

I saw this 1973 R4 brochure on eBay and had to get it- great photography but very funny unintentionally- I found it fascinating that Renault clearly thought it was worth doing, super niche but presumably represented a big enough demographic, but wouldn't have translated outside France- although maybe to Norway perhaps! The crazy thing is, fifty odd years later in inner-urban Melbourne those fashions and pursuits look totally up to the minute.

I will need to fill my pipe with Golden Shag and repair to the garage to reflect upon this....
