Yes you do, depending on which alloys you are planning to fit.
Could be 45 or 60 degree taper.
Picture would be informative.
 
I think the question was actually about the nuts rather than the studs, wasn't it?
 
Existing studs are fine. Nuts need a weird 45 degree taper for the R5 Gordini wheels. The normal nuts you find on eBay are 60 degree which doesn't work.
