Are these RIMS good for R4tl?

Hi all,
My 1980 Renault 4tl (850cc) has tyres 135 80 and some rims are rusty. I need to replace and I have found on the web two different kind of rims:
4,5 X 13 inches
4 X 13 inches
Which of them is the correct one for my tyres? I am quite keen in buying some that I have found here in Italy but I want to be sure about the type.

not that simple because there are rims designed for front disc brake cars that will fit drum braked but do NOT fit drum braked rims to front disc cars (the clue is the air vent holes) as the wheels will fall off check previous posts

think you will be ok as 1980 cars 845 should be drums but you never know

4,5 x 13 are always "late style" wheels (compatible with disc brakes). They are suitable for any R4.
4 x 13 may come in either early or late style, both will fit your R4, there are no reasons not to use them, except for what Paul pointed about disc brakes, or if you wish to install tyres wider than 155s (pointless anyway).
