CV joint

My LHD 4l needs a CV joint replacement. But I'm struggling with this as when try to source one I'm getting a number of options and so have no way of knowing which is the right one. Even my local garage is unsure. My car is a 1978 LHD model.
Where should I start with this?
I would appreciate some advice please

Autodok have a lot of parts for our cars. The have the tripod version for 460sek that's around 45€
I bought a lot of quality parts from them several years. Stared to buy to my commuter cars but realised they have plenty and price worthy OEM brands even to old cars. Same part at Porsche spare parts can be duble price on identical parts.

Autodoc have drive shafts for your car as Homegrown said but they are not as cheap as that, i just bought an S K F one for 65 euros ,they also do not want the old one back, and they are not handed. Hope this helps.
