You want to remove the hub first. This is done either with a slide hammer , or by tapping the hub from the inside out. It is clear where to hit, it is visible on the second photo. It is the smallest "diameter" visible.
The hub is not too hard to come off. The outer bearing will come out with it,too. This can be removed with a two legged puller, or by careful hitting with a wedge/chisel etc.
The seal visible on the inner side of the stub axle carrier is easily levered off, and the remaining bearing inside the sub axle carrier can be removed by tapping it from the outer side, or much easier with a press.
Thera are two spacers in the assembly,one long between the two bearings, and a short washer-like between the outer bearing and the hub. Take care not to lose any, or forget them on reassembly.
