Dropped door fix?

Is there a fix or repair kit for a dropped drivers door on a 1981 TL? The hinge is the style with the nut.

Is there a shim or bush that can be fitted?

I always used to open the door a little then give it a pull upwards to bend the hinge back to the right place.

I can see slop in the pin holding the door … maybe a thin shim or large bolt … then a bend?
