Electronic ignition for 1965 r4

Hi. Does anybody know if it is possible to fit an electronic ignition to a 9165 747cc R4? I am fed up with miss firing........

if it is still 6 volt guess it could be a problem unless you convert it 2 12 volt first

One of our forum members had a 66 R4 that had a motorcycle electronic ignition fitted, presumably 6volt. I havn't a clue which make of bike it came from, but it seems like it is possible.
