front drum brakes and handbrake

Good morning and help!. The offside front hub belonging to my F4, 1985 2106, has seized up solidly from when the handbrake was applied during an MOT!
I don't have any spares to fall back on, nor does my mechanic, if in the process of careful de seizing something gets damaged.
Has anyone out there experience of this situation please? Any guidance and or parts to supply would be very gratefully received.

It is likely to be the brake shoes have become unbonded and now jammed inside the drum there is at least three or four different front brake assemblies and until you've got it in pieces you've got no chance of buying any parts in advance and then being correct
take some photos with the Drum off and I can help you
