anyone out there got a gearbox backplate for a 73-86 model 4 or 4L or TL- R1123 (845 cc ventoux engine and 354 type iron 1 piece gearbox)?
This model backplate should be pressed out of steel sheet with a bump in it where the crownwheel pokes aft of the gearbox splitline. and a few brackets welded on
If anyone has, and is prepared to remove it from a gearbox and airmail (i.e. Royal Mail Parcelforce and NOT repeat NOT airfreight, UPS etc) it to me in Australia please give me a quote inc the airmail price and packing and we can take it further from there if acceptable to both parties. I would pay prior to shipment via bank draft etc.
