Grille Removal below windscreen

Need to remove the black plastic grille on my 4GTL.Having taken out the small torx screws,still can't shift it.Why?--Don't know.I have ultimate faith in all you gifted technocrats out there.Will even accept guidance from the average clever sod ! HELP.
