It's the fitting of most French (& other European) cars of the mid sixties to mid eighties: P45t
The other type that became popular since the eighties when more cars had halogen bulbs for dip & main headlights, was P43t (also referred to as H4, the H being for halogen).
Halogen bulbs are also available for the P45t fittings, in various wattage ratings. (I have most available on my website).
If you need replacements for the ring/fitting in your photo, I've got a few good secondhand P45t ones in stock, from 2cvs: I'm pretty sure they'll fit but I can check first, as I have a spare pair of R4 headlights handy.
