Hotmail, MSN & Live Emails

I've been having problems with the server getting onto email blacklists. I suspect the notification emails from the forums won't be helping (some people mark them as spam). To try to sort the problem I've switched off the email notifications that let you know if someone has responded to your thread.

DON'T PANIC - if you want to turn them back on go to http://www.renault4.co.uk/forum/p...do=editoptions and fiddle with the default subscription mode. Email notifications of private messages have not been affected.

Microsoft has blocked all emails from the server again.

It's the automated emails from the forums that cause the problem so to keep Microsoft happy I've set the forum to not send any emails to hotmail, live or MSN email accounts no matter what preferences you have set.

If you want email notification of private message responses go to http://www.renault4.co.uk/forum/profile.php?do=editpassword and change the email address to one that isn't Hotmail, Live or msn.
