Hi folks. My chassis is painted top and bottom in a very durable satin black epoxy enamel, and I'm happy with the result. I'm going to paint the body in the original pale blue factory colour, but I can't find any photographs that show what the colour arrangement was inside the car when they were released. How much of the interior of the car is painted in the body colour? When I got my car the floors, side rails and transverse beams were all painted in black. Is that correct? Any advice would be helpful, as I want to plan how much body colour paint to buy quite soon. Thanks. Ian.

Yes, all floorpan/chassis is black, rest of body interior and inside the boot floor which is part of body structure is body colour.

There is also one small detail regarding inner side of bulkhead. It was painted in body colour up to August 1973, then painted satin black to match the new black dashboard.

My 1985 car is beige outside and inside and the Dashboard is beige as well but the bulkhead is black

Thanks for the replies. Always good support. My inner bulkhead is body colour so will go with all black to the passenger cabin floors and rails, and body colour in the rear and body above the chassis rail level. Cheers. Ian
