Jacking Points

I'm busy welding, and (due to the decreptitude of the chassis) can't quite tell if the jacking points (the loop-type hole) are supposed to angle 90 degrees down, or point-out horizontally to the chassis? Anyone know so I can re-attached in the correct manner?

I think ours are somewhere in between horizontal and vertical - probably about 45 degrees! I'll try to check tonight. (But, of course, they may not be correct on our car!)
