At the risk of being ostracised immediately, this is a polite request to anyone who may have a rough but running Renault 4 which would be suitable for a final drive across the Sahara. I'm hoping to get something for less than £500 which still has 3000 miles left in her and a spirit of adventure. The car needs to be LHD, it will be auctioned for charity at the end of the trip (in Gambia) and most likely restored locally. I drive a Citroen 2cv but I really fancy a bit of luxury for this trip!!
