I own a 1980 R4, I'd like to raise the front by at least 2 centimers, can you give me some info?

I already bought the Renault special tool, but I don't understand how many teeth I have to rotate the torsion bar.

I also have another doubt, can I just change the torsion bar in the part that is connected to the bracket?
because I don't understand what it's necessary to remove her from her arm too.
