Long wheel nuts for late Slovenian GTL

Anyone know where to get the longer type of wheel nut? I can't see them on Der Franzose or Melun Retro Passion (only the usual shorter nut with the hole going all the way through).

I think the shape where it meets the wheel is the same as the shorter type (it's not tapered like the ones for alloy wheels).

It's for a 1990 Slovenian-built R4 GTL with normal steel wheels.
