Hola ! shouldn't be difficult to locate on eBay as these are being reproduced and orig still floating around -R.

The originals in this case are far superior to the reproductions. However that’s definitely not the case for all R4 Reproduced items

Do be aware that there is two different manufacturers of the original part cibe
And seima
Also available in plain white for French market the screw is slightly different between the two manufacturers and they don't successfully fit together so make sure you get the correct type alternatively by a complete new one with the base fitting the normal reason for changing these is the corroded terminal for the Earth pin which stops the bulbs working correctly
