It's not exactly the same type, but I have these:
They're early van rims (for the first F6s, which had drums at the front).
If the photo you posted is one of the rims from your F4, I'm guessing it has drum brakes all round.

3 New Old Stock van wheels for sale (sorry, I don't have a fourth). Numbers on each wheel: Dunlop 4.50 Bx13 FH 3.27 R2195 No part number, but from the info above and the PR900 it looks as though they are early F6 wheels - solid centre, and almost certainly incompatible with disc brakes. £40...
