I have a Megane scenic 97 (Automatic). I have started to get a second noise in line with the engine while it is running (a high pitched type of screech !!) sound. Once I get into high end of second, it tends to stop. Sounds like it is coming from the driver's side

get this checked professionally it may be as simple as slack alternator or power steering belt
or much more urgently cambelt tensioner seizing up or water pump noisy in which case do not drive car unless you want a v big bill for bent valves etc !!!!!!!!!!
