Steve, you mentioned a device from Boyer Bransen to stop your points burning pematurely. Can you tell me a bit more about it and how to contact them? Points range from £2.99 to £30 + and mine look like they fall into the latter range so I think it may be a good investment!

Would it just be a case of a dud or incorrect condenser causing the points to burn? I've got the SEV Junior distributor on my R4's, and a Ducellier distributor on my other Renault's, the points last for ages.

Hi Simon, my points haven't actually burnt. The device I'm after is to make them last longer!
