number plate light needed

Just took the cover off to change a bulb and the thing fell to bits ............even the metal bit that holds the bulb, although in1 piece has nothing to hold the bulb inside
Anyone have a spare they would be prepared to sell me ? PLEASE
It is a 1977 TL so the old type, been on ebay and nothing like it after 62 pages o_O
