It's the bottom-right knob in this photo on this website: https://www.renault4.co.uk/forum/attachments/818e6778-1dff-4023-a127-5ed147bb4f0a-jpeg.25323/ That will cause the inside of the car to get hotter of course, but might help your engine to cool down a little bit.
