Paint colours and codes

Hello All. My first post as the proud owner of a lovely original F4 van.
Can anyone tell me where to find the paint codes or can you tell me the exact colour my van is? I need to touch in a few scratches and want to get it right.
It is a 1986 F4, white in colour and the bumbers are a sort of biege colour.
Also is there an exact colour for the silver on the wheels, or is 'wheel silver' generally just used.?

The paint codes tend to be stencilled onto the front face of the RH inner wing. Any three number code on there is likely to be a good one. Some cars included the number on one of the chassis plates on the bulkhead.

The wheels are a mystery - I would go for silver wheel paint, and choose the version you like the best.
