Pretty sure by 84 the dealers were using microfiche readers which mostly got skipped when the dealers went computerised
Think even then it was a bespoke system designed for early mac systems
There are dialogys copies available but I have had limited success installing as it works creating a virtual machine
What you really want is a pr900 manual in old fashioned print form sadly hard to find and fall to bits with regular use
This will then give you genuine parts numbers but many items are nla from renault directly
Using the continental web sites listed on here should sort you out with most repro and aftermarket parts currently available
Final tip when searching ebay always put renault+4 followed by what you are looking for to save loads of non related stuff wasting your time
If no luck still just ask as most of us are born hoarders and can sometimes feel like passing stuff on especially if we can stop you spending to much elsewhere and help finance our own projects
