Piston sleeve gasket on the renault 4

I have a renault 4 gtl, and I've seen that theres some stuff flaking off the part of the piston sleeve that touches the block itself, and I've been wondering if it is a gasket of some sort(?) and if yes then where could I get one?

Yes, they are the liner seals. They are colour coded for different thicknesses. It is important that all the old liner seals are fully removed and the area is rust and dirt free and fully cleaned before fitting the new liner seals.
