Pitch Circle Diameter/PCD

hi,i ask this earlier ,but i am still not sure what PCD the R4 have?
is it 3x110 or 3x130? when i measure on the wheels i get this 2 sizes ! one is from the middle of the Bolt to middle of Bolt 3x110 the 2.is from the bolt hole outside to bolt hole outside 3x130!
can you help me with this?

1. The measure from the centre to the centre is the pitch of the holes (110 mm).
2. The measure between outsides of bolts is not relevant.
3. The PCD is the diameter of the escribed circel of this triangel, it should be hardly measured on the rim. You can get out the radius from the formula as shown below. Alpha = beta = gamma = 60°. a = b = c = 110 mm.
However, why do you need it?

PCD of the R4 is 110mm, this is true for R6 and Mk1 R5, too.

130mm was the earlier 3-stud PCD, as applied to 4CV, Dauphine R8, R10, Caravelle etc.
