Hi to all,
Does anybody out there know a good source for the flexible rubber brake pipes for a Bendix Disc/drum late R4 GTL ?
Mine are starting to perish and clog up the calipers !!
Thanks,
Perkins

I just went down my local motor factors and asked for them, they got them in within 2 days, popped em on all sorted.

Hi Pepper,

Thanks for that, the problem is we live in france and trips to the motor factors here usually result in handing over an arm, a leg and other parts of your anatomy ! For some strange reason the french like charging lots of money to keep their old cars running. We have found Dutch, German and British suppliers far more helpful and much cheaper - wierd !!

It just means we have to shop on line or by phone using a motor factor who's happy to post out here.

All the best'

ATE has it. web is ate.de. Go to on line catalogues and find par no.
Also it is possible to find nearest dealership or service center

Or you could visit www.oscaro.com and find big list to choose from.
They deliver to France, but not outside of France

Personally, have found some interesting parts for interesting prices but they would not send it to me, to Croatia

use Oscaro they have lots of parts for 4L and they are not dear, also it is only 5 euros for delivery for as much as you can buy.

Brake hoses

I recently bought 2 sets of hoses - one from a very good local 4L specialist in Narbonne and the other in Argentina (via eBay). Both very good quality - the French ones were "Bendix" the Argentinian ones a local manufacturer. The Argentinian ones were a third of the price - delivered. Take your pick !
Cheers Simon
