R4 Wheel Cylinders (1972) availability problem

I am having difficulty finding a new front wheel cylinder for my 1972 R1123 (UK spec.). The original part number is 77 01 365 143 or -145. This is apparently no longer available. A later number is 77 01 210 839 (for a pair, left & right) - also no longer available. The part for the later R1123 is 77 01 349 391 but these are too large.
(Part numbers come from the R4 Parts Book, and Lifestyle Renault informed me that these cylinders are no longer obtainable even from France).
Does anyone know of an equivalent third-party item which is still current ?

Hello,
Every one of mine have been stainless sleeved and they have been great. Your average brake company should be able to help for a reasonable fee. Once it is done, you only need to replace cups, and fluid. You could even do a few lines while you are there, brake lines that is.
