The Bosnian pack-mule in action. Put it to good use and it will serve you well. I heard one guy used to pull his double-axle trailer with one of those so they are more then up to the task. great pics.

Only 3 sacks of cement ???
It can do better than that :) :)

;)

I moved 13 20ltr bags of kitty-litter once. There wasn't much travel left in the suspension.:)

Hmm  .... not enough, maybe a couple more

and of we go

..only apples?...

Not only do I carry apples, I also carry pumpkins and aubergines, a couple of radiators to keep us warm during the trip, AS well all our luggage.

What I couldnt understand is why we managed 100 kph all the way from Western France to South East London without a murmur!!

Never take a Saab 95 when a Renault 4 will do!!

Ivvan, do you eat all your apples or make cider with them?

..New wheels...

John
As an ex-Decective Constable I am well used to picking up clues so...I see that you are able to transport wood and cement around using your R4 with normal wheels, but when it comes to hay, I see that you have had to put some wide ali wheels on the Babe!!

Now tell me, and remember it really Bluebell who wants to know, what reason could there be for you living in BiH and as you do, when I drive to see my chum Meshak in Sarajavo, can I come and see you?

When my wifes Merc 280CE (1979 and heavy) broke a throttle cable I towed it through Swansea in the rush hour with my R4 much to the surprise of some drivers.I have also towed a trailer with another R4 with spare engine and several door from Brecon over the Beacons, not very quickly but without drama. I have also brought home a couple on R5s on the trailer. It's probably cruelty but until I get something else with a towbar it have will continue.

Real Sherlock Holmes there, yes new wheels to match the hay color :)I bought them few months ago, they need another paint job and center pieces (wich I have).

I will be very glad to see Bluebell and if you come along thats just another good news, that means I'm expecting both of you.

R4 @ work

I bought, moved, and mixed 500Kg of cement, sand, and ballast, yesterday. My super R4L carried it all, in several trips, and was all ready for the trip to work this morning. I, on the other hand, was knackered, and fit for the breakers yard...........
My R4L: it started on the button, and ran, sweet as a nut......
