Rear Seatbelt Adjustment

Hello

Im taking my kids out for the first time in my R4, i need to adjust the length of the rear seat belt but im really struggling to do it. i can make them shorted by pulling the webbing that comes through this plastic catch thing, but i cant see a way to make them longer. any advice gratefully received

You can buy seat belt extensions for kids seats

Thanks, does that mean these are fixed, as i can tighten them, i just cant work out how to loosen them
