My daughters Renault 4gtl [Rene] has failed the mot on rust,on the rear suspension the part with 3 bolts is this part available or does it have to be fabricated

Hi! it is available from various souces; the ones from 'Der Franzose' seems the best as they are modified to better standard..Hope you get it going again soon... -R.

There's some R4's in Norway,not many in daily use 'cept the enthusiast-ones.Rest is in various state of going back to Mother earth as I guess is normal all over. A few 'good' ones can still be found,but all needed work on cars VERY expensive so you need to be able to do most yourself if price/value matter.
Our beloved road-maintance dept.seems to have lots of shares in Russian salt-mines and try their best as we are a Socialdemocratic country to spread the stuff evenly all over.......
