Renault 4 van rear brake drum locked

Hi all. Just taken delivery of my first R4 (1979 estate) but it arrived on a truck with one rear wheel binding.
It does roll (with lots of effort) but can't get the drum off, and i'm assuming the brake is siezed .
I have, however, noticed a cut in the tyre sidewall and the center cap is dented. Looks like new damage.
Any help/advice on how to dismantle it would be HUGELY appreciated.
Many thanks in advance.
Paul.
Alicante.

It may be that the cylinder that side is seized, or possibly that the shoe lining has come away from the shoe and has got jammed against the drum. If that's the case, it can be very difficult to get the drum off, but once the grease cap/split pin/nut, etc. are off/out, you can bolt the wheel back on and try to jiggle the drum off that way - obviously making sure that the car is adequately supported.

Thank you andy.
Once I had released the brake fluid feed pipe and bleed niple, applied plenty of hammer "persuasión" to the drum, the Wheel now turns freely.
Looks like dirt in the (very old) fluid that blocked the brake, so I Will re-blead the whole system next week and see how we go.
I tried to pull the drum to take a look inside, but it still didn't come away, and I don't have a puller, so will go with this temporary fix for now.
Thank you for your reply, and I Will have a read through the posts you suggested (using Google translate…)
Have a great day, and thanks again.
Paul.
