You can buy barrels and key sets new and second hand. Just means you have two keys, one for the ignition and one for the doors. Often happens when door locks wear out, attempted theft etc. Looks like a great haul.

Any NOS items around will be expensive, and a lot of secondhand inner wings will have corrosion along the top edge. These are good sites for used parts, though:

They don't seem to have late (Cléon) O/S inner wings at the moment, but it'd be worth getting in touch.
Otherwise, keep an eye on Leboncoin - several R4 breakers advertise regularly on it.

You might be able to salvage the existing inner wing with one of these repair panels:
