Hi there, I have a very broad question and I'm some way to finding the answers on the net, ebay etc, but;

Are there parts still 'easily' available to run a good R10 as daily in the UK? Gaskets, seals, points, engine malarky, brakes, suspension etc etc?

I've had a look on ebay and there are bits and bobs but is it going to be a hard ask or is their a reliable specialst garage or garages which other owners use and maintain their cars at?

Ive not run a classic Renault in the UK, my own experience is with aircooled VW's in Australia and engine and mechanics are not that much of a problem, though getting more scarce for rare things.

Be great to get some feedback from owners or experts, thanks
Simon

You should have no difficulty getting parts to run an R10 much of the running gear is the same as the R8 and most is remanufactured.
If not always available here it is easy to get from France.
Many people who do not like dealing with French suppliers go through the Renault classic car club spares co ordinator Robin Redrup. I have had R8s for 8 years and never had a problem getting parts.

Thanks Gary, will be keeping an eye out. I'm in Sydney soon and recently was observing one on ebay there, didn't bid but got me interested in investigating further. Seem like good cars to me.
