Savane reversing lights

Does anybody have any idea where I can find a couple of replacement reversing lights for my Savane? These are the lights in the boot door, not the ones that fix under the rear bumper. I can find replacement lenses easily enough, but the lampholders are kaput, so I need to replace the lamp body.
