after looking into getting a Flickr account to store online photos found a renault 4 POOL
some very strange examples- maybe Angel can confirm the wheel stud spacing on R4 pickup (blue) looks like R12 pattern any clues to its original spec or has somebody been playing with it
forgot link http://www.flickr.com/groups/29165800@N00/pool/

In my eyes the pickup wheels have standard R4 stud spacing, and it may appear wider due to the wheel odd design...I may be wrong, though.
It seems to be an otherwise perfect R4 Super, I wonder why that person decided to cut it!

 It's not a production R4 pick up (just look at the rear bed). I think it is R12 running gear on a bitzer R4 front body - uughh

strange pickup

Angel i was referring to this one not the 4 super

Bingo - a mobile marquee. I want one. Will be good around the lanes of the forest

What else will they think on a Renault 4??!!

Still seeming to me like standard R4 stud spacing (however I have never seen such wheels!)
Did Renault 12s have 14-inch wheels? These seem to be 13".

Hi angel . i only asked you because here in uk i had also never seen those wheels and thought maybe you had ,as specifications on other countries cars varies

r12 is def 13 inch , they look like early 1970-76 mk1 R12
but now thinking about the renault 7 bumper i am going to search for R7 pics as they may be R7 wheels which would fit R4
EDIT
link to later R12 but with early wheels http://www.flickr.com/photos/southerncalifornian/132242509/

plus R7 pic

Look like M1 R12 13" wheels to me (get the right perspective from the wheel arch) and it's a rear Mk2 R12 bumper on the front. Want some?

What is this EXH TEMP for? Never seen one like this.

Is this from your R4??? Very strange...you make me wondering if they installed an exhaust temperature sensor on the R4!! (what for?...did it ever had a turbocharger and I forget it???!!!)
