Sliding window locks

Hi everyone,
One of my sliding window locks has fallen off, what is the best thing to use to stick it back onto the glass?
Any help greatly appreciated

Same adhesive that is used for rear view mirror.
I have used mannol as it was available localy

Hi Mathew

My glue of choice is Araldite Standard for this job (black and white packaging: x2 tubes adhesive and hardener). Ensure old glue is removed from metal backing of window lock and glass. Key both surfaces with fine abrasive, apply glue, secure the window lock in place with masking tape. Leave for 24 hours. No movement, no vibrations. I also use this for the rear view mirrors and they stay in situ for years.
