I have cut off the rivets with my dremel:D I always said I would never have one as I thought they were just gimmicks but with renovating so many cars I have needed one so much:eek: anyway I have also undone the bolts to pull off the shaft.
Do I need to drill out the rivet remains or do they knock out?
I dont want to go banging the shaft with a hammer if its not necessary.
Thank you

They will probably need drilling to weaken so that you can knock them off, as they are an interference fit in the holes.
