Tire size and car handling

Hello, I intending to replace the current 135/80 tires with 145/70, and I wonder how that change will affect car handling. Would car be more stable in corners and have less lean (body roll).

The body roll remains the same.
You could put a thicker stabilizer bar on the front an one at the back if you don’t have one at the back.
A F6 front stabilizer and a gtl back stabilizer will give you good results.

A F6 stabilizer at the back is to stiff on a berline in my opinion.
 
You can fit 145/80 tyres, they were optional fitment to the R4, and handling would be as good as, if not better, with the 135/80 ones.
