Twingo help anyone ? Please :)

Hi , not been here for a while , a big house move and then a bigger workshop move has taken a lot of my time up

Anyway my problem is with my 94 twingo , the LCD dash and ignition warning lights have just stopped working ... They were all fine stopped at the shop on the way home jumped back in and nothing .. Everything else is fine and there's no blown fuses .....

Any ideas please as this could write the car off and it's been so good for the last couple of years

Our first Twingo started doing something like this, in the end we traced it to a cut in the wiring loom, I don't know if they are susceptible to this or not!

Being cheeky I have a yr2000 one for sale in the classifieds if all else fails

I think we've sorted it , it took a few hours and a lot of head scratching but ......

The pod is controlled via the brake light fuse , a chafed wire in the towing socket caused the brake lights to blow the fuse , although the fuse looked fine !!
