Vacuum advance on the Alpine engine

I do hope you can help me with this. Recently I bought Alpine engine with non standard carb (that's no problem because I have three Webers) but it doesn't have vacuum advance on the Ducellier distributor. Is this normal or am I missing an advance vacuum?

New distributors and new vacuum advances can still be bought in Belgrade
