Cornish4 Le Dazzleur Messages 1,836 Location Falmouth Jan 31, 2017 #4 Hello Grumm, it looks like there is some sort of plug in the middle of that wheel. Remove that and you should find a threaded hole where the hub-cap should bolt to.
