Water leak from chassis

I am getting my 1989 F4 ready for its CT (MOT) and I have what appears to be anti freeze leaking from the drainage hole at the bottom of the front LH chassis member - near the bottom suspension mounting. I was wondering where this water(?) could have come from? I know I have a coolant leak somewhere (possibly radiator). Is it possible for the water from the radiator to get into the chassis or should I look elsewhere?

Surely the only place it could come from must be the rad. Try running your finger along the bottom surface, to see if there is any wetness.
