Hi, well as promised a few pictures for you from my son's wedding at the weekend, the weather was brilliant and everything went very well (well nearly) had a slight hiccup about half an hour before leaving, fuel problem, leaking pipe at the front, thought it was a perished pipe but not that simple, i ended up changing the fuel pump as you can see in one of the pictures, but after that everything went well, had lots of admirers and quite a few waves from people.
There will be more pictures of the cars when they come back from their honeymoon, hope you like them.

Oh by the way the red ones for sale if anyone's interested PM me, thanks.

Great pictures Rob, what a line up, and congratulations to the happy couple.

Great pictures thanks! Glad it all worked out in the end :¬)

Hi, and thanks for your comments, it was a brilliant day but we did'nt think it was going to be, as the day before it was pouring with rain and as we were holding it in the middle of a field in a barn (it was of brick construction not a dutch barn) we had to make it wind proof at the top and put up sheeting so the rain wound'nt come in, but hurrah we did.nt need it.

Wonderful! And marvellous weather for you. Is the k reg an import or clan or bye bye . My 92 clan is on a J reg

Yes it was brilliant weather, unlike the day before, and everthing went really well apart from the small hiccup.
It's a Savanne 1993 import (my youngest son's) and in reasonable condition no welding on the floor but a few surface rust blemishes that's all.

More Wedding R4s

Hi All,

Long time no see. How are you? As you can guess we have all been pretty busy with the wedding and I hope that explains my absence. As Bobble has already said there was a lot of preparation to do, especially with the barn for the reception.

Thank you for your kind words. We had a great day and the fleet of R4s was brilliant. Everyone thought they were ace and Bobble worked hard to get them all there. Especially the red one which had an unfortunate fuel leak three hours before the service.

Here are a couple of other photos of the R4s on the day in their finery...
