what iff i directly get air in the carburator or i double the air what goes in the carburator over the air filter! will it make the car go faster?

Not on its own, you'll need to increase the amount of fuel that goes into the engine as well, otherwise it will run too lean and tend to overheat.
(there's a LOT more to it than that, but I thought a simple NO was a bit too short an answer!)

The Renault 4 already has problems with lean fuel mixture, so as timinder says adding more air will make things worse. (Welcome timinder.)

It is possible to get another 10bhp by fitting a carburettor and inlet manifold from a Mk 1 Renault 5.
