And so it continues! I have always had an interest in classic cars, but I started looking at the R4 when I obtained residence in Spain, both to use as an occasional run a round, and to tow behind my motorhome (because of the low weight). I also looked at the 2CV, because I am a citroenophile, but not so practical. Anyway when I got back to South Africa, I found a really good one, and one plan I had was to ship it over to spain and use it there. It turns out that the paperwork and costs would be prohibitive,( I have previously shipped cars all over the world) so I have given up on that, and will buy one locally in Espagne. So, does the team think it is worth importing it into the UK for resale? It will cost about 1500 gbp in total including transport and registration, and it would probably be one of the best original and rust free RHD R4s available J
