which rear axle bushes should i buy?

Trying to buy rear axle bushes for early 1973 R4L which ones are good for mine as there seems to be two types one seems tapered(R4/R5, Silent bush (per piece) for the bearing of therear axle rocker. Suitable for Renault R4 + R5. Dimensions: Outer diameter 55mm and 42mm, inner diameter approx. 27,5mm, length over all 59mm.)?

Those are the rear inner bushes and are for all R4 builds and models the same.
It is good custom to change both inner and outer bushes.

Still unsure as there are three types of bushes from Francose - i know there is the outer and inner but the third set?
