Which Renault was this wheel originally fitted

I have a Dunlop Renault 4? wheel in very good condition R2097 9-79 which will not fit my GTL as it fouls the disc and although i could use on the back that would not look balanced and would play havoc with my OCD.

As befits my curiosity, which Renault was the wheel originally fitted and was the square hole there to take a hub cap bolt fitting.

Possibly a Peugeot 104?

I think you are right, they appear to be the same as Citroen Visa, LNA and Peugeot 104 I had completely forgotten that they were also 3 stud.. Thanks scratching of head completed.
