Window washer

Forgive my ignorance, but where I assume the window washer jet would be is just an open hole.
How much of the central heater area etc., do I have to release to get a new jet in place.
I also plan to go to electric operation.

Nothing.


You can reach washer jet from outside.


Just need to remove plastic ventilation mask below windscreen.


4 small Torx15 (i think) bolts and gently remove mask.


If you have original washer jet than it is simply connecting washer fluid tube and insert it in place. Washer jet is hold down in place with runner grommet
If you have universal one with nut then you will broke your fingers to tight washer jet in place....but it is possible.
Just have done that on mine few days back...

Rubber grommet that holds original washer jet in place is gone, and i could not get to new one so i used universal one (with nut) until i have found grommet or washer jet with grommet

Second hand wipers from older Peugeots have the jets mounted on the wiper arms, these can easily be adapted for the 4L.

I have a original washer jet (without nut), it is constantly loose. How to fix it?

You must find new rubber grommet for washer jet.
Or invent something similar

Or aftermarket washer jet with nut to replace original one.
